AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing aoaoutfitters.com, booking a trip, contacting us, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Antone Outdoor Adventures, doing business as AOA Outfitters, is a licensed Oregon Outfitter and Guide, License No. 1961, operating guided hunting trips in Eastern Oregon.

SERVICES

AOA Outfitters provides guided hunting experiences in Eastern Oregon, including guided elk, mule deer, whitetail, black bear, antelope, upland bird, and waterfowl hunts; backcountry and horseback hunting trips on public and private lands; Bighorn sheep and Rocky Mountain goat guided hunts; and hunting cabin and accommodation arrangements.

All hunts are subject to Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) regulations. Clients are responsible for obtaining all required licenses, tags, and permits prior to their trip.

BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Deposits are non-refundable unless AOA Outfitters cancels the trip. Final payment is due prior to the start of the hunt, as communicated at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received and acknowledged by AOA Outfitters.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the trip start date: deposit is forfeited and no additional charges apply. Cancellations made 30 to 90 days before the trip: 50% of the total trip cost is due. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip: full trip cost is due.

AOA Outfitters reserves the right to cancel trips due to unsafe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By booking a trip, you agree to obtain all required state and federal hunting licenses, tags, and permits; arrive physically prepared for the demands of the hunt; follow all instructions from your guide at all times; comply with all applicable hunting regulations and laws; treat all guides, staff, and fellow hunters with respect; and disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS — TERMS OF USE

Consent to Receive SMS

By providing your mobile phone number to AOA Outfitters — whether through our website contact form, booking form, by phone, or any other means — and by expressly opting in, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Antone Outdoor Adventures, DBA AOA Outfitters, at the number provided. These messages may include booking confirmations and trip reminders, scheduling updates and itinerary changes, hunting season promotions and package offers, and general follow-up on your inquiry.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. AOA Outfitters is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly at zach@aoaoutfitters.com.

No Third-Party Sharing

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent will not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY

Hunting involves inherent risks including physical injury, accidents, adverse weather conditions, and contact with wildlife. By booking and participating in a guided hunt with AOA Outfitters, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Antone Outdoor Adventures, DBA AOA Outfitters, its guides, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage to property arising from participation in guided hunting activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. A separate liability waiver will be required to be signed prior to the commencement of any hunt.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on aoaoutfitters.com, including text, photos, logos, and graphics, is the property of Antone Outdoor Adventures, DBA AOA Outfitters, and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

PRIVACY

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at aoaoutfitters.com/policies/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grant County, Oregon.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Antone Outdoor Adventures, DBA AOA Outfitters, reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
